House Made Blinis, Haute Caviar for Mothers Day

 

Ingredient List

4 Cups All Purpose Flour

4 T Baking Powder

4 t Salt

2 t White Pepper

4 T Lemon Zest

4 t Thyme, chopped

8 t Parsley, chopped

8 t Chives, choppped

4 each eggs

3 ½ Cups Buttermilk

1 Cup Whole Milk

1 Cup Butter, melted



  • Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 
  • Mix together. 
  • Using a blini/pancake cast iron pan or non stick pan, butter the pan very lightly and spoon the batter on the pan, cook until lightly tanned 
  • serve with cows or sheeps milk crème fraîche
